Scurry Website Care — Terms of Service

What the service is
Scurry Website Care is a monthly subscription under which Resonant Labs LLC (“we”) makes content updates to your organization’s website at your request — for example adding events, updating text, replacing images, and managing links. Each plan includes a set number of update requests per calendar month (Basic 5, Standard 10, Premium 20). Unused requests do not roll over.
Supported hosting
We can only service websites on platforms our tooling can reach programmatically — currently Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Pages, and self-managed WordPress. If your site is elsewhere, we may offer to migrate it first. If we cannot service your site after you subscribe, we will refund your current month in full.
How changes are made
Every request is reviewed by a human. Changes that involve money (payment or donation links) or remove content are always held for your explicit approval before going live. Each published change generates an emailed receipt and a permanent record in your portal. If a published change looks wrong, reply to the receipt email and we will revert it.
Turnaround
Turnaround targets are Basic: 3 business days; Standard: next business day; Premium: same or next business day. These are targets, not guarantees; complex requests may take longer, and we will tell you when they do.
What we won’t do
We won’t invent facts, publish content we believe is unlawful or misleading, or make changes outside the scope of website content updates (e.g., custom application development). We may decline a request that falls outside scope; a declined request does not count against your quota.
Billing and cancellation
Plans bill monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — email support@resonantlab.ai from your account email, or use the Stripe receipt link — and your plan stays active through the end of the paid period. If we fail to deliver any submitted, in-scope request in a given month, contact us for a prorated refund of that month.
Access and security
You grant us the minimum access needed to update your site (e.g., a scoped API token or repository access). We store credentials encrypted, use them only to fulfill your requests, and delete them when you cancel. You remain the owner of your site, domain, and content.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
