Privacy Policy

This section covers our free, no-account sites: resonantlab.ai, neurorad.ai, neuroradtracts.com, cnsatlas.ai, and strain-sense.vercel.app. Our products that have accounts or subscriptions each carry their own policy, linked from that product.

These sites are free and require no account. We count page views so we can tell which pages people actually find useful. For each page view we record the site and page address, the referring address if you arrived from a link, and a random identifier that your browser stores locally so repeat visits from the same browser are not counted twice.

That identifier is a random value. It is not tied to your name, your email, or any account, we do not use it to build an advertising profile, and we do not share it with ad networks. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for our sites.

Our hosting providers also keep standard server request logs, as essentially all web hosts do.

Strain Sense has no account and no sign-in, and it does not track your location.

• Products you save, your tolerance setting, and your preferences are stored on your device, not on our servers
• If you type or paste a terpene profile, the analysis runs entirely on your device
• If you photograph a product label, that image is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes it to a third-party text-extraction service (OCR.space) for the sole purpose of reading the text off the label. It is held only for as long as that request takes. We do not store the photo or the text it produces — our logs record the image size and how many characters came back, and nothing else.
• Camera and photo access is used only when you choose to scan a label
• The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers

Strain Sense is rated 17+ because of cannabis-related content.

My Penguin has its own privacy policy, because it works differently — it uses accounts, stores the content two people share with each other, and offers a subscription.

Purchases and subscriptions made inside an app are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see or store your payment details. The store tells us only whether a purchase is active.

• We never sell your personal information, to anyone
• We never use your content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not train on it either
• We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Strain Sense is rated 17+ and is intended for adults only.

• On our websites, clearing your browser's site data clears the random identifier described above
• In Strain Sense, deleting your saved products in the app or uninstalling it removes the data held on your device
• For My Penguin, deletion works as described in its own policy, linked above
• For anything else, email us and we will take care of it and confirm when it is done

If we change how your data is handled, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not make quiet edits.
